At Nirmala High school, we believe that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Sports Club ensures continued focus on age appropriate sports, physical exercise and health enhancing lifestyles. Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, Swimming

Readers Club is for children to encourage a love of books and reading, particularly fiction. Held in the comfort of the school, children will read together a chapter or two of a book and discuss the plot, characterizations and their feelings generally about the way the story is written. They will then read some more of the book at home – hopefully with support from their parents and come back the next week to talk further about the story. The club aims to help children improve their reading skills and literacy appreciation as well as to engender in them a love of reading for life.

Nirmala High school dance club allows students who are not traditionally successful athletically to succeed and possibly even excel with a physical activity that can help keep them fit their entire lives.

Keeping the holistic education and intellectual development in mind, at Nirmala High School, provide music as one of the parts of CCA activities which has different categories such as the theory of music, musicianship, musical appreciation, composition, field trip and guest lecture, etc. We are aligned with most of the parts of curricular for music. Our music faculty is professionally trained and possesses the knowledge of teaching at the level of International Graded Examinations. We have well-equipped music rooms with an access to a variety of musical instruments which expose students to the best environment.

In today’s world of tough competition, many people have a phobia for public speaking. We believe that children today are the leaders of tomorrow. We have an Orator’s club to work on communication skills of our students so that they beam with confidence while interacting and in public speaking.

The members of this club can be anyone who has keen interest and talent of writing. The activities of this club involve creation of written material such as short stories, serial stories, poetry, essays, articles, etc. By holding competitions and by displaying work produced by the students, we intend to entreat interest in writing in other students as well.

A Nature Club is a non-political, self-sponsored and voluntary student club, for the collection and circulation of the facts and knowledge about nature and natural resources, to develop students as nature-lovers and conservationists. The Nature club believes that nature teaches life’s lessons in its own subtle ways and enables our students to share their responsibilities in maintaining a healthy environment and to take steps to avoid environmental degradation in their individual capacity as well as in a group.

Nirmala High School offers a unique curriculum of arts which provides students the key to succeed in a competitive industry which is building a holistic skill set. Students get the opportunity to showcase their creative skills in different types of art forms such as ceramics, drawing, photography, crafts, video, filmmaking, etc. Different aspects of Arts covered by Nirmala High School  are Drawing and Sketch, 3D Sculpture, Applied Arts and Arts history.

Language clubs in Nirmala High School are groups where likeminded language learners can meet up. Members can all be learning the same language or even studying different languages. A good Language club plays a important social role. NHS Language club can be a chance to meet new people and make new friends (both moderators and participants).

A Culture Club is a group of few students that meets regularly to explore different creative and cultural activities together. This club brings together the different art forms of the students and students with experience in these areas. Culture clubs at Nirmala High School is a way of implementing the concerning access to children’s culture. The ambition of this key project is to give students an equal opportunity to familiarize themselves with art and culture. Supervised culture activities, arranged at schools, boost the children creative skills, cultural competence and learning conditions
