Admission
Documents To Be Submitted
- 3 Passport Size Photographs of the student, Father and Mother
- Birth Certificate copy of the student.
- Original School Transfer Certificate of the student (Applicable for Grade I onwards).
- Copy of Report Card of the previous class.
- Medical Form.
- Aadhar Card copy of Student.
- Bank Account Details of either Parent.
- Copy of Residence Proof of either Parent (Rent agreement, Voter ID, Electricity bill).
- Copy of photo identity of Parents.
- Local Guardian Authorization Form (if applicable).
- 3 Passport Size photographs of Guardian (if applicable).
- Copy of photo identity of Guardian (if applicable).
Completion of Admission Formalities
Completion of Admission formalities will include payment of fee within the stipulated time period as given by school authorities. Successive admission numbers will be allotted to students on their admission and each student should retain this number throughout his/her presence in the school.
School Rules
- Students will follow the daily routine of the school, unless exempted on medical grounds on the recommendation of the Medical Officer.
- They are not allowed to stay in the classrooms during games/activity periods.
- They are not allowed to keep or take medicines or tonic without the knowledge of the Class Teacher/Medical Officer.
- Mobile Phones are not allowed on the school campus.
- Walkmans, CD Players, I Pods and tape-recorders should not be brought to school.
- Please do not send any cash/valuable articles through your ward(s).
- All notices will be put up on the Notice Board. Announcements, if any, will be made during assembly.
- Remedial classes will be taken for weak students.
- Any willful damage to or theft of School property or other‘s property will be regarded as a breach of School rules and the student would be fined by School Authorities.
- Students can avail of the facility of the school Canteen.
PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting)
Parent-teacher Meeting is one of the important activity of any school. PTM is a great opportunity for both the teacher and parents to work for the betterment of the child. PTM is held for valuation of an academic and non- academic performance of the student. It helps to know and work for the child’s performance. Importance of Education in all the aspects of today’s World Also, PTM enables parent and teacher to work for the positive modification of the student’s performance.
Parents Teachers Meeting is an effective and useful way to interact with each other for the betterment of the child’s performance. Here in the PTM both teacher and parent interact and discuss their problems and issues they feel for the student. As face to face communication of Parents and teachers plays a vital role in their child’s learning process.
Aims of PTM:
- PTM helps to communicate to parents the areas their child are excelling in.
- To give parents specific ideas of how to improve upon their child’s performance.
- To develop parent teacher bonding.
